Welcome to Pelican Budgeting ("Pelican"), provided by Pelican Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 16+ to use Pelican. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, you must have parental permission.

Use of Service

Pelican provides budgeting tools, including optional bank connectivity via a third-party provider (e.g., Plaid). You are responsible for your account and device security.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Paid features may be offered via Apple’s in-app purchase. Prices and terms are shown in-app. All billing is managed by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

Prohibited Conduct

Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing rate limits.
Using Pelican for unlawful activities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Pelican is provided "as is" without warranties. Budget outcomes are estimates and not financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
