End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Pelican Labs LLC. By installing or using Pelican, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

License

We grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Pelican on Apple-branded products per the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store Review Guidelines.

Restrictions

No redistribution, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or derivative works except as permitted by law.

Warranty

Pelican is provided "as is"; we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
